Driveway slabs crack into sections that settle or rise at different heights, especially at the garage.
A panel that drops or rises against its neighbor leaves a lip that’s easy to trip on.
Steps and stoops that settle lean away from the foundation and leave a gap.
Low spots hold water and tip it back toward the house.
Real Foamjection lifts on the kinds of slabs we fix for Fort Collins homeowners. Small holes, no tear-out.

Foamjection is powered by HMI, which provides the equipment, training and systems behind every lift. Here’s what you can expect when you call us about your Fort Collins concrete:

Drill Small HolesOur crew drills small 5/8″ holes in key areas of the slab.
Inject High-Density Polyurethane FoamThis is the core of polyurethane concrete lifting — the foam expands beneath the slab, fills voids, stabilizes loose soils, and delivers a controlled slab lifting process.
Patch & Use the Same DayOnce the slab reaches the correct height, holes are patched and the area is often ready to use within hours.
Tell us what’s sinking and where. A local pro will follow up with a free, no-pressure estimate.
The Colorado Geological Survey lists swelling and collapsing soils among the most common natural hazards in the Fort Collins area, especially where the ground is underlain by Pierre Shale or wind-blown sediments.
Swelling clay pushes slabs up when it gets wet and shrinks back as it dries, while collapsing soil can drop suddenly once it’s soaked. Either one leaves concrete unevenly supported. Foam fills the empty space under settled sections and firms up the soil, and keeping water away from slab edges limits future movement.

Yes, for a slab that has settled. The foam fills the empty space under it and helps stabilize the soil. Good drainage around the slab matters just as much here.

Keep water from soaking the soil at slab edges. Extend downspouts, aim sprinklers away from concrete and keep soil sloped away from the house.
